"Maybe Tomorrow?"

Update from Emily:

I just wanted to send out a thank you once again to everyone who has posted a comment, sent a card, or left an email for Mom and Dad. I know that your communication has been a great source of encouragement to the entire family during these days... especially during these days when it doesn't seem like Dad is going "up" very well.

This morning, Dad's WBC (White Blood Cell) count was 0.11 (only up 1/100 of a point from yesterday morning). The doctors told mom that although it is very abnormal to engraft this slowly, it is not altogether unheard of. Please join us in praying that his numbers will start dramatically improving over the weekend.

I cannot wait to start posting some better numbers - hopefully tomorrow:)

I hear your heart, Emily...
I feel it, too, and Dave and I continue to lift Bob up in prayer.
May His will be done in His timing.
In Christ's love,
Ruthie and Dave Quarles

Emily and the Bugg Family: We share in your anxious moments, I am sure it seems like time is standing still. We are praying for a quickening of those white counts to come up rapidly. I am doing the "neutrophil" dance. This is a dance that my little friend Mackenzie created when her counts got low. She is now going great -- hopefully will be at Busch Gardens soon & the Big Cat Rescue that a group outside Nashville provided for her & her family after her cancer treatments were over. We have you all in our prayers!!

Hey friends,
You are in our hearts tonight as we go to bed. We continue to lift you up as we pray moment to moment for the relief of nausea and for those white cells to begin multiplying at a high rate.
God is there with you as you know; that same God created Bob's body and is giving wisdom to the doctors.
We pray for your continued strength during these days.
Love you,
Lex and Linda
